Hang Tag Labeling Solution

1. Feeding : Worker places tags into feeder; tags go to labeling engine.

2. Labeling : Sensor detects tag, sends signal to PLC, which instructs labeling engine.

3. Visual Inspection: Camera compares label position to computer; unqualified tags rejected.
Tags rejected to collection box.

4.RFID Detection : Unreadable RFID chips are rejected to collection box.

5. Collection : Two-layer collection hopper with options for back-flow or fish scale.
